Hammer-Schlagen®:
Licensing
The Hammerschlagen Stump

Now in our 26th year of owning and operating the Hammer-Schlagen® brand throughout the United States, the demand for licensing our Hammerschlagen Stump has steadily increased. Whenever a trademark license is granted, the trademark owner is required by law to impose control on the licensee. After years of navigating thru many state and federal business opportunity, franchise, and security frameworks, this electronic system emerged to meet licensing demands thru the following process:

  1. Application For Use:
    1. First, an application to use our brand is made.
    2. If we accept the application, a trademark license is delivered via e-mail to the applicant.
    3. If that applicant electronically signs our offer, the trademark license becomes enforceable.
  2. Approval Of Use:
    1. Second, an account is created for the new licensee so they may administrate their license.
    2. The trademark license fee is remitted by way of the online account.
    3. Before using a trademark in any way, the licensee seeks our approval that their proposed use meets the standards. For example:
      • A picture of the Hammerschlagen Stump the licensee will use.
      • An audio, video, or image file of a radio, TV, or newspaper advertisement.
      • A screen shot of how our trademarks are used on the licensee's website.
    4. We will respond to all proposed uses within 30-days. If we deny the proposal, the licensee makes the necessary changes and re-submits the modification.
    5. After the proposed use is approved, the licensee may use that trademark in that particular manner.
  3. Continued Use:
    1. Third, the licensee periodically reports how each approved use is actually being used, generally at least once in any 9-month period.
    2. If the licensee fails to report on an approved use, it may not be used again until it is re-approved; engaging in such an unreported use may cause the license to be cancelled.

Unfortunately, state and federal regulation requires us to consider a multitude of issues to determine the license fee based upon your individual circumstance. For that reason, we can only disclose the annual fee in the formal offer we make to you. So, what are you waiting for? Apply Today!
